Submit a Privacy Request

If you are a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it or correct it. Use this form, or call us at (909) 596-9393. We will not treat you differently for asking, and you do not need an account.

What you can ask for here

To know — the categories of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to; or the specific pieces of information we hold.
To delete — we will delete what we hold, except where the law requires us to keep it (job applications, for example, have to be kept for four years).
To correct — if something we hold about you is wrong.

To stop the sharing of your information for advertising, you do not need this form and you do not need to identify yourself — use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, which takes effect immediately.

Your full name * If you are an authorized agent, give the name of the person you are acting for.

Email address * We reply here, and we use it to check the request against what we hold. Use the address you gave us if you can.

Phone number Optional. Helps us match your request if you gave us a phone number before.

Who is making this request? * I am making this request about my own personal information I am an authorized agent making it on someone else’s behalf. We will ask you for written permission signed by that person before we act.

Anything that helps us find your information Required if you are asking us to correct something — tell us what is wrong and what it should say. Otherwise optional.

I declare, under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, that the information above is true and that I am the person named — or am authorized to act for them. *

What happens next

We record your request and email you to confirm it is really you. We do this by matching what you tell us against what we already hold — we do not ask for more information than we need, and we do not keep anything extra you send for verification.
We respond within 45 days. If we need longer, we will tell you before that runs out, and take no more than 45 additional days.
If we cannot verify who you are, we will say so and explain why. For a request to know, we may respond with categories only rather than specific pieces.
We keep a record of your request and our response for 24 months, because California law requires it. That record is used for nothing else.
