Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers.

Thank you for visiting the Shogun Restaurants Website. As we continue to experience this unprecedented pandemic outbreak, we are trying our best to deal with the COVID-19. Fortunately, we are permitted to reopen now and we are very excited about it. However, here at Shogun Restaurant, the health and safety of our guests and team members has always been our priority and we are adapting to meet state and local operating requirements to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
Listed below are the safety measures we have implemented to enhance the health department protocols as we continue taking measures to keep our restaurants safe.

• Screening employees for their temperature scan and other health indications prior to the beginning of each shift.
• Have all employees wear masks and gloves.
• Providing hand sanitizers to all guests.
• Limiting the number of quests in the dining area.
• Adhering to social distancing rules, 6 feet apart.
• Continuous cleaning and disinfecting practices throughout the restaurants including tables, chairs, doors, waiting area and restrooms.
• Menus available digitally to view on a personal electronic device.
• Discontinue pre-setting tables -No napkins and utensils.
• Every single table will be cleaned and disinfected after customer leave.
